Foilboard Insulation Systems is one of the leading Australian owned insulation manufacturers and suppliers of energy saving, sustainable building insulation products.

Foilboard Australia has been manufacturing Foilboard Insulation products since its inception and creation back in 1991, when the business’ founder created the product from a concept, then designed and built a state of the art laminating machine – all built locally.

In 2011, Foilboard Insulation Systems relocated to their purpose built manufacturing facility in Melbourne’s South East.

Foilboard Green

Foilboard Green was conceived as a sustainable alternative to bulk insulation. Combining reflective insulation and a polystyrene core, Foilboard is able to achieve high thermal resistance. This removes the need for traditional bulk insulation as well as reducing airflow from the conditioned space and increasing energy savings.

Foilboard prides itself with innovation, have design a range of application specific accessories and fasteners aimed at ensuring a quick and reliable installation of the Foilboard product. We are always looking for new ways to aid installation and new insulation materials.

Foilboard Insulation Systems is proud to have been certified by SAI Global “5 tick” Standards Mark in 2008. This ensures that Foilboard Australia has met and exceeded all requirements for production and verification of thermal resistance values.
